Has not yet received the rent for the quarters from Mr. Lyman; reports damages to the quarters, costs of lime, pine and hemlock boards, and cedar posts; has spread the word that Partridge plans to open a school in the old quarters in the Spring; a recent meeting in the town to discuss matters of Norwich University drew only 12 attendees; Ransom announced that the University would need to vacate their current quarters and either build a new facility or relocate to another town.
