Description

Very disappointed in his appointment of T. B. Ransom to act in his absence; accuses Ransom of not acting in the best interests of Norwich University and believes the University is all but defunct at this point; Partridge wants nothing more to do with it; would like business to be conducted at the annual meeting of the trustees in August to change the name of Norwich University, to reduce the number of trustees and to suspend all operations until March 1845; urges Wright to go to the Legislature with these changes.
