Description

Regarding a military newspaper Partridge intends to publish at Norwich, Vermont; asks questions about the preparations for the next commencement in August; pleased to hear Partridge has opened a school in Wilmington, Delaware; Mr. Lee has gone to Oregon to seek his fortune; sorry to hear T. B. Ransom has such enmity for Norwich University.
