Has just received from Otis Tenney (who he believes is in league with Truman B. Ransom) an article from a Boston paper reflecting discredit on Partridge and his American Literary, Scientific and Military University and praising Norwich University (under Ransom); believes a school there in Wilmington would do well with Partridge at its head.
