Description

If the interest due him from the sale of the buildings is not paid promptly, he will sue and foreclose; if the buildings are not vacated, Partridge will take students privately and board them out; he may wish to rent Wright's large hall for an institution; intends to prosecute several of the trustees and village citizens who signed the circular designed to injure him.
