Description

Norwich too far north for parents to send their children; nothing Partridge is teaching, with the exception of military science, is not available elsewhere, closer to home; military spirit stronger in the south than the east; believes Partridge's school would be more successful in the south; thinks agriculture better learned by practice; has recently gotten married and started his law practice.
