Description

Arrived yesterday and will be leaving tomorrow for Baltimore; has tended to some business for him in New York; please expect the arrival of Mr. Woodworth at Norwich soon; please recommend him to the trustees as a candidate for vice-president and professor; please also submit the name of Mr. Colburn as a candidate for professor of languages; make the public aware the institution is in existence and will continue so; wishes Eliza and Maria Morris to take piano lessons from Mrs. Woodworth; [Section of letter torn away].
